Office fit-outs
Our commercial work includes first fix electrical installation for an office fit-out in Canary Wharf, with steel wire armoured (SWA) cable runs and containment, and an office kitchen installation in the same area.
Planned preventative maintenance
Planned maintenance catches problems before they cause downtime. We can put together a schedule for your building covering periodic inspection and testing of the fixed installation, distribution boards and the building fabric, and carry out the remedial work it identifies.
Reactive repairs
For faults outside planned visits, we take call-outs until 10pm on weekdays and 8pm at weekends, and usually attend within an hour.
Plant rooms and fire systems
Our engineers also work on building services plant, with recent work including sprinkler pump room inspection and sprinkler system pressure testing.
Working with facilities managers and contractors
We can work as a direct contractor or as a subcontractor on managed and occupied sites, and carry £5 million public liability insurance. Tell us about your building and we will arrange a site survey.
